Insight Roles: Peter Carroll vs. the O9A

Insight roles are one of the most important and well-known steps in the self-transformative praxis of the Order of the Nine Angles. The idea is to go out of your way to involve yourself in a path of life which is foreign to your experience for an extended period of time. The most common form of insight role is group infiltration: join a religious or political group and pretend to have a legitimate interest in their agendas. The ideal insight role, by O9A Standards, will require the witch to pretend to be the exact opposite of what she understands herself to be, and if possible, should further the "Sinister Dialectic." If the Sinister Dialectic is furthered, the insight role is described as having 'gone Aeonic.' By deliberately entering a foreign walk of life, the witch comes to be liberated of various misconceptions she has about persons she deems "the other" and forces her to see aspects of her character hitherto undiscovered. It develops empathy, dissolves...

Follow-Up On Vindex

In retrospect, my article refuting the lies surrounding the Vindex mythos did not clearly delineate the reasons I consider the truth about Vindex as damning as it is. In fact, I left my primary criticisms implied and unspoken, and as thus, unheard. (1) Von Sangettal and Ulfgangr Satanara have both told me that they were aware of the truth about Vindex prior to my public revelation of it. This indicates, by way of probability, that there most likely were many Niners (perhaps 10-20) who were aware of this truth. And none of them broke the story. I want you to consider the implications of the fact that it was Traditional Demonolater and an initiate of the Draconian Tradition rather than a Niner who brought this to the public. ZERO ONA members* were willing to do so. Since the Satanism of the ONA is, in majority, predicated upon the Sinister Dialectic, and the remainder of the Western Black Lodge is predicated upon the emulation or veneration of the Infernal Divine, there is inevitably a d...

There is No Vindex

Vindex and his Prophecy For your convenience and my own, I’m going to flesh out the ONA’s concept of Vindex by quoting adherents to the mythos. “Vindex is the name given to the person who, by practical deeds, brings into- being a new way of life and who confronts, and who defeats, through force of arms, those forces which represent the dishonour and the impersonal tyranny so manifest in the modern world, especially in what it is convenient to call “the West”. The main opponent of Vindex – both on the practical level and in terms of ethos – is the Magian. …The essence of the new way of life that Vindex heralds and implements (the Vindex ethos) is: (1) the way of tribes and clans in place of the abstraction of the modern nation-State; and (2) the way, the law, of personal honour in place of the abstract laws made by governments.” -David Myatt “Vindex, it is prophesised, will be an individual who will bring into being and presence new archetypes which are appropriate to the new Aeon. Nythra

My dark world starts within myself." -Hagur In the same way that one can be out of alignment with a given planetary force, one can be out of alignment with the primal vortex, and before my communion with Nythra, such was my condition. When feeling the auras of some vampyric Ni...

The Ascended Vampyres or "Undead Gods" (With Chants and Sigil)

Image
The Ascended Vampyres, more commonly called "the Undead Gods," are a group of earth-bound wraiths who practiced the art of psychic vampyrism in conjunction with some other form of witchcraft in their physical lives prior to ascent. Every Ascended Vampyre is different and has their own wisdom and knowledge to impart to the summoner. Countless entirely separate vampyric lodges consort with these entities, and the most common ritual performed in honor of them calls them forth to devour the energy of the celebrant(s) and thereupon refill the celebrant with their own energy. This is an incredibly empowering operation. The reason I keep putting "Undead Gods" in quotation marks is that the Ascended Vampyres are not undead, and they are not gods. They are not powerful enough to be considered deities, and as a necromancer, I can tell you that they are Ascended Masters, not undead. There is a difference. Summoning the Ascended Vampyres is not necromancy. The Ascended Vampyres...

The O9A is Inherently White Supremacist

Hebdomadry attributes a different word of power to each planetary sphere it seeks to work with. For example, Saturn’s WoP is Chaos, and one of Luna’s words of power is Nox. The WoP attributed to the sphere of Mars is Azif, and since I was initiating myself into the sphere of Mars via Qliphoth, I decided to add the Martian WoP to the ritual I was writing. I think the word Azif translates to mean “lawless,” and I didn’t consider it to be any more significant than any other given magickal word. I assumed it had an either ineffable or shallow meaning like most words of power, but in reality, Azif signifies one of the most important concepts in Hebdomadry. Hostia refers to the word Azif in passing when contrasting that Numinous-Pagan worldview which is (allegedly) our heritage with the Thelema, explaining “The true ethos of the West - which the religion of the Nazarene distorted and supplanted - may be signified by the word `Azif' and the symbol of the sunwheel; it is pagan in essence....

Baphomet As the Mother of Blood

This is an excerpt from an unreleased treatise. In mainstream Occultism, Baphomet of Mendes (hereafter referred to by hir name Octinomos) is a “hieroglyph of arcane perfection” and “bearded idol of the alchemists” who carries “the torch of intelligence.” Mainstream Occultists interpret the name Baphomet as meaning “Father Mithras” or “Father of Universal Peace Among Men” and they consider Octinomos to be related to Capricorn and “the Holy Ghost” (semen). Octinomos is “the lord of the double horizon” and “the ass-headed Satan.” (S)he’s the symbol of the stage of spiritual development at which the magickian has conversed with his Inner Deity. ---------------------- In the tradition of Hebdomadry, Baphomet of Albion symbolizes the fifth stage of spiritual development and personifies the archetype of the rounwytha. She is imputed to Mushrati (the Sphere of Jupiter, which is the sixth sphere) and her moniker as “the mother of blood” likely refers to menstruation. The veneration of her insta...

The Failings of the ONA

Hebdomdary is Inaccessible Note: Hebdomadry is what the ONA calls its system of esotericism. Synonyms for Hebdomdary include the Dark Tradition, the Sevenfold Way, and the Septenary Way. The ONA's pantheon (group of deities) is called the Nekalah, or the Dark Gods, and includes deities such as Atazoth, Baphomet, Abatu, Sauroctonos, and Budsturga. Most of the ONA's magickal operations have very specific environmental and material requisites. This results in both members of the movement known as the ONA and those inspired by it to default to take up completely unrelated magickal disciplines and to neglect the Nekalah. When aspects of the ONA's tradition are incorporated into unrelated Occult movements,  the Dark Gods are usually left behind. Among the groups which adhere to the ideology called the 218 Current, which ideology acknowledges direct inspiration by the ONA, only one works with the Nekalah. This is the recently defunct Lilin Society, and they only work with one of t...

Azal and the Nine Angles

Image
"How do the Nine Angles relate to Azal, Dhar and Zamal, and what Earth-bound (causal) form (structure/construct) is used to symbolize this?" Anton Long once provided a hint to this question which read as follows: " One Possible Answer: Daar ul-Islam is one possible form (literally: the realms of Islam). A causal construct used to manifest some-thing beyond the causal (i.e. a-causal). A Khilafah – led by a Khalifah (a leader, or chief) – is one type of such a causal construct; an Earth-based Imperium, which correctly led and correctly developed, can be the basis for a Galactic khilafah/imperium. Thus, such a construct symbolizes the animation of the nine angles by acausal energy – a means whereby acausal energies (that which animates and makes alive) become presenced among humans. Such a Khilafah animates human beings (especially mundanes) to make them a means to what is beyond them [...] A Khilafah is just one such form, one such causal construct which has the potential ...

Self-Definition via Abstraction and the Nature of Mundanes (Discourse)

Participants:  V. K. Jehannum,  A. A. Morain,  Some Nobody Who Hates the ONA, Acephalic Mysticism,  Wiccan Friend, Satanist Friend, G. A. Rosenberg,  Acausality,  Another Critic In the Sinister Tradition, the common man is called a "mundane." The esoteric signification of this pejorative [insulting title] is someone who is BOUND by abstractions and DEFINES THEMSELVES BY THEM. "I'm an Anarchist." "I'm a Nihilist." "I'm an emo." Blah blah fucking blah. This people are innocuous and we do not need them.  The mundanes not only serve their ego, they also serve a superego to which they are devoted. Of course, it is always an Interesting discussion where nihilism starts and ends. To be aware of the fact that one's way of living serves an ideological purpose, or recognizing that you are lived by a system denotes that you can see through it. Not an easy one. The Sinister dialectic works when one 'serves' a system in order to questi...
